For reference, i am 5'3, between 126-128lbs, athletic with thick legs and bum.My photos show the leggings on at home, vs after a 55 minute strength training class. No cardio.SQUATPROOF BUT NOT SWEATPROOF.My thighs are thick and i found that these were just a bit too tight on my legs, but they withstood a heavy workout without damage. If you have athletic legs and/or a booty i would size up as the material isnt as stretchy as you may be used to like me. Also the material is thin, but just thick enough to not reveal cellulite or anything like that that i can tell.Nice thick but comfy waistband that didnt leave me looking awkward. It didnt fold over much during my workout, but because its not a dark color sweat will show.These are nice and comfortable. The waistband snatches your sides, makes your legs and bum look good without having a scrunch effect. No front seams. I will be ordering the black pair for my workouts however just for my own confidence. Im a little in love witg the comfort and soft feel.
