These leggings are so smooth and comfortable. They also have a pocket, which is great for running/fitness. And also when I want to be cute. They can transition to many different functions. Another thing I liked was that it's high-waisted, so it goes down to the navel; which is positive because it helps to compress the belly very wellI've been on a weight loss journey for a little over a year now and these helped me so much while dropping pounds. I bought these shorts for 2 reasons:1) I'm a spandex addict2) They were cheapI am blown away by how well these fit. I'm 5'11" at 260 lbs, and almost ever pair of spandex shorts I own either is too tight and the waistband rolls down, or too loose and the shorts just sag down. I bought these, hopped on my treadmill, and ran a mile and a half, and I did not have to mess with the waistband even once. These shorts were still fitting properly at the end, and that is nothing short of miraculous.I like the fit and feel of the fabric of these leggings. There's a good amount of compression but still stretchy and comfortable. I am a Jazzercise Instructor and will be wearing these for teaching.
