I’m 5’7, 148ish lbs, 29” waist and size 8 fits perfectly.The legging is compressive, so soft, squat proof, and unbelievably comfortable. Comparing with Lululemon Invigorate, the waist of MeloMin is a little bit higher, which makes it feel more comfortable and securer.I also love the side pockets. The pockets are deep enough to fit my iPhone 12 Max, and tight enough that my phone feels safe without falling out.Last but not the least, I love the way of the legging to be packed. It is packed in a stylish and vintage paper-bag envelope with prints of MeloMin logo and slogan “Sweat to Sweet Mind” which I loved so much, making it as perfect holiday gifts for your loved ones!Perfect holiday gifts!! I've never had a pair of leggings that have fit my legs so well, while also being able to move in them freely. The color is very muted, not too vibrant, and the material is very stretchy and allows air to move through them. I would watch out for the waist, as it can be a little tight, but other than that I love these leggings and would definitely buy them again.My daughter really likes the pant, bought several times already
